Mad Grizzly Bistro Bar has an opportunity for you. Known for offering guests fresh, flavourful meals and a lively dining atmosphere, Mad Grizzly Bistro Bar is currently hiring 2 Full time Permanent Cooks who are capable of ensuring quality, consistency, and creativity in every dish served.

However, you need to be prepared to do physically demanding work with great attention to detail and be able to work under high pressure especially during peak hours. Prior experience in a similar role will be an added asset, however, you will be provided the required training on the job as well.

The job is open to Canadian citizens as well as to permanent and temporary residents of Canada apart from these anyone with or without valid work permits are also welcome to apply.

Job Requirements
- Education: College, CEGEP, or non-university diploma/certificate (1–2 years)
- Experience: Experience an asset (training provided if needed)

Key Responsibilities
As a Cook at Mad Grizzly Bistro Bar, your role will include:
- Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes
- Planning menus, estimating food requirements, and controlling costs
- Preparing dishes for customers with allergies or intolerances
- Inspecting kitchens and food service areas for cleanliness and safety
- Training and supervising kitchen staff and helpers
- Managing kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Coordinating special events and catering requirements
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations
