Arkiten International Contracting LLC is looking for a hardworking General Helper to join their tensile fabric manufacturing team.
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Must be currently available in the UAE
- Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and work on your feet for long hours
- Willing to work in factory and outdoor site conditions, including heat
- Willing to travel to project sites when required
- Disciplined, punctual, and willing to learn
- Basic English or Hindi/Urdu is enough to understand instructions
Key Responsibilities
As a General Helper, you will assist with handling and preparing tensile fabric materials, support cutting and welding teams, organize tools and equipment, and help install fabric structures while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with handling, rolling, folding, and moving tensile fabric materials in the factory
- Support the cutting and welding teams by preparing materials and keeping work areas ready
- Help with fitting accessories such as cables, plates, eyelets, and fasteners to fabric panels
- Load, unload, and arrange materials, tools, and finished panels
- Keep the factory floor, tools, and equipment clean and organised
- Travel to project sites when required and assist with installation of tensile fabric structures
- Follow supervisors’ instructions and all safety rules at all times
- Carry out any other general helper duties assigned

Working Hours
- Factory work: 9 working hours per day, plus a 1-hour lunch break
- Site work: 8 working hours per day, plus a 1-hour lunch break
- Any work beyond these hours will be paid as overtime
