Job Requirements
We’re seeking candidates who:
- Have 3–5 years of cleaning industry experience
- Hold certifications such as WHMIS, First Aid, Aerial Lift, CSTS, Forklift, Working at Heights
- Possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Can work in environments that may be at heights, confined, wet, dusty, noisy, hot, or outdoors
- Have a valid driver’s licence and can pass a criminal record check
- Are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to safety
- Own steel-toed safety boots
Key Responsibilities
As a Head Cleaner, you will:
- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff (5–10 team members)
- Inspect sites to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations
- Operate specialized cleaning equipment including steam cleaners, pressure washers, industrial vacuums, and carpet machines
- Oversee tasks such as vent cleaning, window washing, upholstery shampooing, graffiti removal, and industrial surface cleaning
- Provide hands-on support and exceptional customer service
