Job Requirements

Warehouse Gym is looking for reliable, proactive, and well-presented individuals to join their Gym Maintenance Team in Dubai.

Ideal candidates:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in cleaning, maintenance, or facilities (preferably in gyms, hotels, or similar environments)
• Must be physically fit and comfortable with active, on-your-feet work
• Must have strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Must be friendly, approachable, and professional with members and colleagues
• Must be well-presented and committed to high personal hygiene standards
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be familiar with safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided)
• Must have a basic understanding of health & safety practices
• Must be flexible with shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

As a Cleaner / Gym Maintenance staff member, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, organised, gym environment, ensuring all areas and facilities are properly maintained, cleaning schedules are followed, members receive professional service, and any maintenance or safety issues are promptly identified and reported.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all areas of the gym (gym floor, studios, reception, changing rooms, showers, toilets, and staff areas)
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules and stay alert to areas that need immediate attention
• Regularly check and clean changing rooms and toilets, restocking soap, toilet paper, and sanitiser
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
• Operate cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers and vacuums
• Provide friendly and professional service to gym members
• Respond quickly to member feedback or requests and report issues to reception or management
• Identify and report faults or maintenance issues with equipment, lighting, plumbing, or facilities
• Maintain high personal standards of hygiene, appearance, and uniform
• Follow all health & safety and facility guidelines
