Key Responsibilities
As a Holiday Home Cleaner, you will ensure guest units are thoroughly cleaned, well-presented, properly stocked, and ready for check-in while following company procedures, maintaining cleaning standards, and promptly reporting any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues.
- Perform full cleaning of holiday home units after guest check-out and before check-in
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and balconies
- Change bed linens, towels, and prepare beds according to company standards
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and remove all trash
- Restock essential amenities (toiletries and complementary items)
- Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues immediately
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment properly
- Maintain cleaning checklists and follow company SOPs
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks when scheduled
- Support Admin with inventory counts (linen and cleaning supplies)
- Ensure all units meet DTCM cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Maintain professional conduct when interacting with guests or building staff
