Job Requirements
ESS is looking for Mine Site Cleaners to join their FIFO operations across Western Australia and regional locations.
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or facilities experience is highly regarded
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced remote environment
- Must have a strong commitment to safety and quality standards
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Must have good communication skills
- Must hold a full Driver’s Licence
- Must have a National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and applicants from all backgrounds are welcome
Key Responsibilities
As a Mine Site Cleaner, you will maintain clean and hygienic accommodation, work, and recreation areas while following site safety and environmental standards.
- Clean accommodation rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Maintain laundry facilities and linen services
- Clean offices, recreation facilities, and amenities
- Follow site-specific hygiene, safety, and environmental standards
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily service requirements
- Help maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout villages and accommodation facilities
