Key Responsibilities
As a Common Rooms and Meeting Room Attendant, you will maintain clean common areas and meeting rooms while supporting room setups, refreshments, and guest requests.
- Perform housekeeping tasks in common areas (approximately 65% of the time)
- Clean bathrooms
- Empty bins
- Check and replenish amenities (hand towels, toilet paper, etc.)
- Sweep and wash floors
- Clean windows and dust surfaces
- Set up and clean meeting rooms (approximately 35% of the time)
- Pre-assemble and assemble meeting rooms
- Deliver snacks and coffee breaks
- Ensure audiovisual equipment needs are met
- Respond to meeting group requests
- Complete all other related tasks as required
