Job Requirements:

Tim Hortons is seeking candidates who:

• Speak English
• Have a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Have 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
• Are comfortable working at a physical restaurant location
• Can supervise and coordinate food service staff
• Have strong customer service and communication skills
• Are able to establish work schedules and maintain operational records

Key Responsibilities

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervise and coordinate staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Prepare food order summaries for the chef
• Maintain knowledge of the establishment’s culinary offerings
• Supervise and check the assembly of trays
• Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules
