Pine To Palm Tree Service is looking for experienced and skilled Arborists interested in long-term employment in Winnipeg.
- Manitoba Arborist Licence / training completed before July 2019 (ISA preferred but not required)
- Minimum 2 years full-time climbing experience
- Must be physically fit
- Ability to drive trucks and trailers
- Must demonstrate knowledge of knots, rigging, climbing techniques, proper pruning and removing techniques, and a strong commitment to safety
- Must work in a professional manner, meet productivity goals, and work as a team player
- Valid driver’s licence required
- English language required
- MB Arborist Licence before 2017, or MB arborist course completed by July 2019, or ISA Certified Arborist preferred
Key Responsibilities
As an Arborist, you will lead tree care crews, oversee climbing, pruning, and tree removal work, ensure safety standards are followed, and deliver high-quality service to customers.
- Lead and supervise the arborist crew in tree care and maintenance activities
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times
- Train and mentor crew members in all aspects of arboriculture practices and equipment usage
- Communicate professionally and courteously with each client
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform climbing, pruning, and tree removal work to a high standard
