Key Responsibilities
Deliver a Seamless Employee Experience
- Prepare and configure IT equipment for new employees
- Manage the full user account lifecycle across internal systems and platforms
- Deploy and maintain MDM solutions to secure and manage company devices
Maintain a Reliable and Secure Infrastructure
- Monitor, maintain, and improve network performance, security, and infrastructure
- Analyze system logs, troubleshoot incidents, and implement updates when required
