Job Requirements
Variety Plumbing & Heating Ltd. is looking for a reliable, motivated, and experienced Service Plumber to join their growing team in the Regina area.
- Must be a 3rd Year Apprentice, 4th Year Apprentice, or Journeyperson Plumber
- Must have a Grade 12 education
- Must have 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Must have a valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Must have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Preferred experience in residential and commercial service work including plumbing repairs and installations, water heaters, drain and fixture repairs, pumps and pressure systems, and general service troubleshooting
- Strong assets: Basic electrical troubleshooting, basic sheet metal fabrication and installation, gas fitting experience (or willingness to obtain certification), HVAC service experience
Key Responsibilities
As a Service Plumber, you will handle plumbing repairs, installations, and troubleshooting while providing reliable service and maintaining professional standards.
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs and installations
- Work on water heaters, drains, fixtures, pumps, and pressure systems
- Troubleshoot and solve service issues independently
- Participate in a rotating 24-hour emergency on-call schedule
- Maintain accurate service paperwork and job documentation
- Work safely while following company policies and industry standards
- Provide quality workmanship and excellent customer service on every job
- Represent the company professionally with customers
