Job Requirements

HCM Staffing Solutions Inc. is urgently hiring for General Labour and Production positions with their client in Vaughan. These are long-term day shift openings.

• Must have a minimum of 6 months of work experience
• Must be willing to learn new skills
• Must be willing and able to work five days per week
• Must have reliable transportation (TTC, ride, or car)
• Must have their own CSA approved safety footwear
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be punctual
• Must be able to stand for long hours
• Ability to take measurements and operate tools required
• Knowledge of operating CNC or Panel Saw machine is an additional skill

Key Responsibilities

As a General Labour / Production Worker, you will handle materials, operate equipment and tools, support production tasks, and maintain a clean and safe work environment while following supervisor instructions.

• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Operate machinery and equipment
• Lift from 30 lbs to 50 lbs
• Collect trash and other waste to keep the site clean
• Follow instructions from the supervisor
• Handle tools and materials
• Take measurements and operate tools as required
• Support production work (CNC or Panel Saw operation is an asset)
