Key Responsibilities
As a Logistics Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead warehouse teams, oversee daily operations, maintain safety and quality standards, and improve productivity, efficiency, and timely order fulfilment.
- Coach a team of 25–30 employees performing warehouse activities: receiving, locating, order-filling, packing, loading, and shipping of spare parts
- Organise your area efficiently and attain pre-established productivity, quality, and efficiency standards
- Ensure activities in your area are performed in conjunction with other areas by collaborating closely with colleague supervisors
- Be responsible for the operational processes in your area and initiate and/or contribute to improvement projects
- Ensure proper training and development of employees in your area
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure team adherence
- Analyse area results, strive for lean management, and take appropriate actions for improvements
- Supervise storeroom operations in a customer-oriented and safe way with a focus on quality and timely execution
