Job Requirements

The LEGO Group is looking for a Sales Associate to join their store team in Wijnegem.

• Must be able to greet every guest in a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner
• Must be comfortable performing all cash register functions
• Must be able to maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store environment
• Must be able to learn and execute LEGO Brand Retail visual standards
• Must be able to assist with receiving merchandise and maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards
• Must know and abide by all safety regulations
• Must notify management of potential shortage situations
• Passion for creating a signature guest experience is important

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will welcome guests, support store operations, maintain product displays, and help create a clean and enjoyable shopping experience.

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits the LEGO store
• Greet every guest and perform all cash register functions
• Portray a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties
• Maintain store displays according to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom
• Assist in the receiving of merchandise
• Maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards
• Know and abide by all safety regulations
• Notify management of potential shortage situations
• Complete store operational tasks as assigned by the floor leader on duty
