Job Requirements
WineWorks is looking for people with a positive “can do” attitude who enjoy working as part of a team for their Bottling and Packaging (Production) team in Auckland.
- Must have a valid work permit or visa to work in New Zealand
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, automated environment
- Must have an eye for detail
- Must be willing to work shift work
- Must be prepared to undergo drug and alcohol testing (company policy)
- Previous experience is not always required – entry-level through to experienced and leadership roles are available
- Willingness to learn and grow with training and development support is important
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Bottling and Packaging team, you are responsible for:
- Operate specialised bottling and packaging equipment
- Ensure clients’ products are bottled and packaged to a high standard
- Work closely with other departments to keep production running smoothly
- Maintain quality and attention to detail in a fast-paced automated environment
- Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing practices
- Contribute to a positive team culture focused on getting the job done well
